CHICAGO, IL – November 13, 2007 – Initiate Systems, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. will act as sole book-running manager for the proposed offering. CIBC World Markets Corp. will act as co-lead manager with Jefferies & Company and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC acting as co-managers. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
